Developer Agreement

1. Introduction

This Developer Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Developer," "you," or "your") and VibeCade ("we," "our," or "us") that governs your participation in the VibeCade platform.

2. Account Registration

To become a Developer on VibeCade, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Game Submission and Approval

As a Developer, you may submit games for inclusion on the VibeCade platform. All games must comply with our Content Guidelines and Technical Requirements. We reserve the right to reject any game that does not meet our standards or violates our policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all intellectual property rights in your games. By submitting a game to VibeCade, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your game for the purpose of operating and improving the VibeCade platform.

5. Revenue Sharing

For paid games or games with in-app purchases, VibeCade will share revenue with Developers according to the following terms:

  • Developers receive 90% of the net revenue generated from their games.
  • VibeCade retains 10% of the net revenue as a platform fee.
  • Payments will be made monthly for amounts exceeding $50. Smaller amounts will be rolled over to the next payment period.

6. AI-Assisted Development

VibeCade provides AI tools to assist in game development. When using these tools:

  • You retain ownership of the content you create with our AI tools.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publication.
  • You must disclose the use of AI tools in your game's description if required by applicable law.

7. Developer Support

VibeCade provides support to Developers through documentation, forums, and direct assistance for technical issues. We strive to respond to all support requests within 48 hours.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your games may be removed from the VibeCade platform, but we will continue to process any pending payments owed to you.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
